Condominium Managers
- Degree or Diploma in Building/Estate Management or related discipline
- At lease 3 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
- Good leadership ability
- Good decision making skills and effective problem solver
- An eye for details with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Technicians
- Repair & trouble shooting of building services equipment
- Inventory control and carry out preventive maintenance
- ITE/NTC certification preferred with 2 years experience
Customer Service Officer (Estate Management)
- Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents
- Assist the Estate Manager in petty cash management and collection of payment by residents
- Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis court, etc
- Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate
- Assist in general administrative duties
- Minimum GCE N / O Level or relevant ITE certificate
- A good team player with a positive attitude
